Q: What type of identification do I need to open an account?
A: When you open an account, we will ask to see two forms of identification (one primary and one secondary) from each account holder. The types of identification that are accepted are:
State identification card;
U. S. Passport;
U. S. Military ID;
Foreign passport with valid visa (non-resident alien);*Accepted for In-person accounts only
Resident alien card ("green card") and foreign passport.
A recent utility bill (cellular phone bills are not accepted);
Copy of the customer's lease agreement;
Voter's registration card;
Student ID card;
Current (within 30 days) pay stub - Must be issued by the employer identified on the account information sheet or loan application.
Q: How can I find my checking or savings account routing number?
A: The routing number is the first nine digits on the lower left hand corner of your checks, and pre-printed deposit slips.
Q: I lost my ATM card. How do I get a new one?
A: Call us at 1-312-738-4956, 1-773-262-6400 or Toll Free 855-MakeitNRBso we can deactivate your ATM card as soon as you realize that it is missing. Once you have done this, you can obtain a new ATM card by visiting our office and we will replace it for a $5 fee.
Q: What do I do if I forget my password for Internet Banking?
A: There are two ways to reset your password.
1. If you have set up the three challenge questions during your first login to Internet Banking. You will have to answer all three questions correctly and then follow the on screen directions.
