Is there an easy way to transfer funds between my checking and savings accounts?

You can transfer funds for free on quailfying accounts with Bank-By-Phone or through our internet banking.

What's the minimum amount needed to open a savings account?

$200

What's the minimum amount needed to open a checking account?

$500, there is no minimum balance requirement for Senior Citizens.

What type of identification do I need to open an account?

We will ask to see two pieces of identification (one primary and one secondary) from each accountholder. The types of identification that we will accept are:


   Primary Identification

  1. Driver's license;
  2. State identification card;
  3. U. S. Passport;
  4. U. S. Military ID;
  5. Foreign passport with valid visa (non-resident alien);
  6. Resident alien card ("green card") and foreign passport.

   Secondary Identification

  1. A recent utility bill (electric, gas, or telephone--not a cellular  phone);
  2. Copy of the customer's lease agreement;
  3. Voter's registration card;
  4. Library card;
  5. Student ID card;
  6. Employee card;
  7. Current (within 30 days) pay stub - must be issued by the employer identified on the account information sheet or loan application.
 

How can I find my checking or savings routing number?

The routing number is the first nine digits on the lower left hand corner of your checks, and pre-printed deposit slips.

I lost my ATM card. How do I get a new one?

Give us a call at 312-738-4956, so we can deactivate your ATM card. Then come into our office and we will replace it for a $5 fee.

What do I do if I forget my password for Internet Banking?

There are two ways for you to reset your password. 

  1. If you set up the three challenge questions during you first logon to Internet Banking. You will have to answer all three questions correctly and then follow the directions.
  2. You can always call one of our customer service representatives at 312-738-4956 and ask to have your password reset.

Can I still use your Bank-by-Phone service?

Yes, our Bank-by-Phone service is still available. Please dial 1 (866) 757-7162 and follow the instructions.
