Are my business deposits FDIC insured?
Yes, FDIC insurance covers up to $250,000 per ownership account.
What type of identification do I need to open an account?
Commercial Accounts (Corporations and Partnerships):
Primary Identification
- Articles of Incorporation (Corporations) -.a certified copy issued by the State in which the company is incorporated;
- Valid (current) business license or registration
- Partnership agreement (Partnerships)
- Organizations, such as condominium associations - a copy of the organization's by-laws.
Secondary Identification
- A recent utility bill (electric, gas, or telephone - but not a cellular phone);
- Copy of the customer's lease agreement or a copy of the mortgage (address must agree with that provided by the customer as its place of business);
- Copy of most recent tax return. In some cases, we may also ask signers on corporate, partnership, and other non-personal accounts to present two pieces of personal identification.
What's the minimum amount needed to open a business checking account?
$500, there is no minimum balance requirement for Senior Citizens.
How can I find my Bank routing number?
The routing number is the first nine digits on the lower left hand corner of your checks, and pre-printed deposit slips.
I lost my ATM card. How do I get a new one?
Give us a call at 312-738-4956, so we can deactivate your ATM card. Then come into our office and we will replace it for a $5 fee.

What do I do if I forget my password for Internet Banking?
There are two ways for you to reset your password.
- If you set up the three challenge questions during you first logon to Internet Banking. You will have to answer all three questions correctly and then follow the directions.
- You can always call one of our customer service representatives at 312-738-4956 and ask to have your password reset.
